Services are billed by half-day and full-day training rates, keynote rates and consultation rates; depending on the service required. Training materials are included. GST is applicable to all services and is included in the price per person.
Invoices are issued at time of booking and are payable on the day the service is provided.
Room rental, catering, coffee and tea are the sole responsibility of the client.
AV requirements for clarity training sessions include laptop and in-focus projector. Overheads are used where preferred equipment is unavailable. Flip chart and/or whiteboard are required.

Additional costs may include: airfare, mileage, meals, taxis, car rental and accommodation and are billable to the client. When applicable, the booking of airline tickets, car rental, and accommodations are the sole responsibility of the client.
