Team and Management Clarity are offered through half-day workshops or full day facilitations.
The workshops empower the participants to return to their venture and implement the clarity methodology on their own.
The full day facilitation is a customized delivery of the methodology training that includes the direct involvement of an Ontra consultant working side-by-side in bringing clarity to the specified task of the group and generating the necessary action items.
Personal and Networking Clarity are delivered through half-day workshops.
